What’s in Store for 2025?
We’re in the final stages of putting together a packed programme for this year’s Gluten-Free Expo, and we can’t wait to reveal everything we’ve planned. Here’s a sneak peek at some of the exciting international events already confirmed for Saturday 27th September:
Algerian Gluten-Free Cookery Workshop with Sefar’s Sans Gluten
Gluten-Free Farmer’s Feast at Lincer in Lesce – a rustic lunch full of local flavours
Two Chefs’ Dinner at the award-winning Hiša Linhart in Radovljica – a culinary experience not to be missed!

On Sunday 28th September, the Expo continues with even more to explore!
Alongside our vibrant marketplace of gluten-free stalls, we’re adding new features to elevate your experience:
A live demo kitchen, where talented chefs will showcase mouth-watering gluten-free dishes
A prize raffle—and here’s the best part: everyone’s a winner!
Introducing... Gluten-Free Hub EU
But wait—there’s more on the horizon! We’re also working on an exciting new project designed to connect, support, and inspire the gluten-free community across Europe.
While we’re not quite ready to reveal all the details, we can share the name:
