Gluten-Free Algerian Cookery Workshop with Sefar sans gluten
Join us for a unique international culinary experience led by Said Selila and Samia Bessadi from the Algerian company Sefar sans gluten, winners of 1st place in Algeria for gluten-free cooking in 2023!
Samia and Said offer professional training courses with certified diplomas and are proud members of the National Association of Artisan Hands. Samia Bessadi is also a nutritional practitioner, and both are passionate advocates for coeliac awareness. They have appeared on numerous radio and television programmes to raise awareness about coeliac disease and how to enjoy a healthy, gluten-free lifestyle.
