This year at the Gluten-Free Expo 2025, we are introducing a demo kitchen for the first time, a space where gluten-free cuisine will be showcased live.
Visitors will be able to attend cookery workshops, where experienced chefs and guests will prepare a variety of gluten-free dishes, and you’ll have the opportunity to taste some of the dishes too.
